Today we continued reading the chapter. Aslo we took notes on the chapter. We noted during our notes how America still has a little theocracy in it and that we do not know if any religion id correct or not. Aslo how most people, religion, or culture, believe in a good and bad, yin and yang, opposing forces.

Today we continued to review for our test. We watched a Mesopotamia song and Mr. Schick scared the living daylights out of me. We also watched a video on the difference between baseball and other sports.

Today we went over the quiz review for our test Wednesday. Today we continued reading about Mesopotamia and taking notes. I realized the notes that I took were to detailed and erased a few, but also that a wrote bigger then i normally do and that i wrote lists different then I normally do. 5. everything that effected community, family relations, bushiness contact, and crime.

1st day of western civ

  a region between the Tigris and Euphrates river was given the name the fertile crescent because of its curl shape.  a land facing the Mediterranean sea and a plain was known as Mesopotamia. independent countries or areas acting like independent countries used to, instead of being called countries, were called city-states. Royal families try to keep within the blood line and pass on the crown to their sons (RARELY their daughters) and created a dynasty.
