Gods and Goddesses

Today we took notes on gods and goddesses and i have been waiting for this moment for weeks. I have been obsessed with Greek, Norse, and Roman mythology for years. I read all kinds of books about it and look up all kinds of myths i do not know yet. also the other original goddess i forgot was Hestia the goddess of the hearth, or fire. She later embodied the fire and it was extremely important in the household and for social events. Hestia took care of her family and the families who worshiped her. She was known for her kindness and warmness, and because he had to stay home and tend to the fire all day she was not in many myths. She was also a goddess of maidenhood along with Athena and Artemis. She would later be replaced by the god Dionysus in the pantheon.

Today we listen to a educational parody about Rome. It was really funny and not what i had expected. I had just woken up when i listened to it and i did not know my volume was up so the song defiantly gave me a wake up call. I started laughing and ended up spitting out my water.
